Core Moves with a Medicine Ball
1. (Top Left) Holding a plank on a medicine ball challenges your stability and engages your upper body more than the traditional version.
2. (Top Right) Figure 8s, weave the medicine ball in-between the legs basketball-style while you scissor the legs and engage the core.
3. (Bottom Left) Russian twists with a medicine ball add a nice resistance challenge as you lean back, brace your core, and reach side to side.
4. (Bottom Right) Toe taps! Hold those legs as straight as you can while you reach up and tap your feet with the medicine ball. Make sure those shoulders leave the ground to work the core!
