Goin' up on a Tuesday
Hit the gym for a back workout today even though I was having a weird back twinge all day. Probably not my best idea but rolling it out and working it a little seemed to help so maybe it was just from sitting at a desk. Hopefully it gets better as the week goes on and not worse! I have been working on pull-ups for months now, maybe even close to a year. I went from doing a half of one to a real full-on 5, holla!
